Pulp Fiction is a 1994 American film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The script is based on stories Tarantino had developed in collaboration with Roger Avary during 1992 and 1993, including scenes which had originally been written for True Romance. The film interlinks several stories whose protagonists are all part of Los Angeles organised crime. It’s led by John Travolta, Uma Thurman, Samuel L. Jackson, Harvey Keitel, Bruce Willis and Tim Roth, among others. It is considered one of the most representative films of the US filmmaker, being the work that led him to be seen as a director.
