The Usual Suspects is a 1995 American film. It was written by Christopher McQuarrie, who won an Oscar for the Best Original Screenplay for his work. It was directed by Bryan Singer. The starring role was Kevin Spacey, who received an Oscar for the Best Supporting Actor. The film, with its budget of 4 million dollars, wasn´t well received in the cinemas during its launch. However, it was very popular amongst lovers of the crime/drama genre and it was considered a cult film.
