The Green Mile is a 1999 American drama film. It is written, produced and directed by Frank Darabont. The story is based on the Stephen King book of the same name. In 2000 it received the Saturn Award for the Best Film, Best Supporting Actor (Michael Clarke Duncan) and the Best Supporting Actress (Patricia Clarkson).
