9. Deep Feelers

Laurent Ballesta is a photographer, writer, and founder of an Oceanographic. He has spent 10 years leading sea expeditions. Thanks to his experience, he took this photo of these shrimp whilst diving and was able to appreciate how they used their long antennae to send signals when touching one another. It was commended in the Underwater category and is well deserved, showing us the interaction between these creatures we see so rarely in their natural habitat.
