Mayor Takeshi Hirokawa – ‘Parasyte’

Hirokawa was a well-kept man with short hair that was neatly combed back and an average height and build. He was the Mayor of East Fukuyama City, a human who sympathized with the Parasites and the leader of the cabal among Reiko and Gotou. When his body and mind are gotten under control by an ambitious parasite, he uses his presidential powers to create feeding zones for other parasites – essentially sending humans to the slaughter. When he’s eventually taken out, he’s replaced by Gotou.
