Hands up, or I’ll shoot!

This is what it means to have balls. Perhaps the forces didn’t have enough resources to provide him with a gun, or perhaps he forgot it. Either way, he knows how to use it. We have no way of knowing if it’s a practice session or if it’s the real deal. Whatever the case, it’s not the first time the person on the receiving end of a simple gesture will have been alarmed.
